Promo codes can be activated in two different ways. The first method is for unregistered users. During registration, users can add a code right after entering their email and password in the “promo code” field.
The second way, for registered users, is to go to their settings (accessed by hovering over the user icon in the top right and clicking “settings”) and entering their promo code in the “promo code” field.
We suggest copying and pasting the promo if possible to avoid any mistakes. Once the promo code is entered, click add. You should see a green checkmark after, indicating that your promo code is active.
Promo codes affect either trading fees and/or withdrawal fees and their activation period also varies. For example, they can provide a discount on trading fees or eliminate them entirely.
