SEPA Region Transfers:
Once you’re logged into your account, click on “Wallet” at the top of the ATAIX dashboard, which will take you to a new page with all your balances.
Scroll down and choose the currency you would like to deposit. Carefully transfer all the details listed, including the transfer message at the bottom. We recommend copy and pasting the information if possible. Deposits may take up to three business days, but are usually available after one. Please note that deposits under 20 euros will be lost covering service fees, so please deposit a minimum of 20 euros.
