How can we help?

Once you initiate a withdrawal from ATAIX to another wallet, you will see 3 different stages:

• New- right after a withdrawal is initiated, it will be in the new stage.
• Accepted- once you initiate a withdrawal, you will have to go to your email and approve it, after which, it will be in the accepted phase. Note: you can save withdrawal addresses for coins in order to skip this step.
• Processed- after the withdrawal has been approved, it will be automatically approved or (sometimes) manually reviewed and approved. Regardless of the nature of the review, once it is approved, it will then be processed. Once it is processed, the funds should have successfully been withdrawn from your ATAIX wallet to your other wallet.
